Blue

Our Blue is a deliciously creamy cashew-based cheese with a rich aroma and taste. Produced in a very similar way as dairy cheese, it is fermented and aged for up to 5 weeks to develop a traditional Blue cheese flavour. Perfect on your cheese platter, on its own or served with thinly sliced pear or fig. Your friends won’t believe it’s Vegan!

Camembert

Our snow white creamy, bloomy rind Camembert has been aged for 3 weeks to develop its typical white rind and indistinguishable taste. Fermented and packed with healthy living bacteria, it has a smooth texture and pleasant mild flavour. Beautifully pairs with our Rhubarb & Raspberry jam, slice of sprouted bread or with other nuts such as pecans and walnuts. Made with Love & Cashews.

Chèvre

Our ashed moulded Chevre takes inspiration from French goat cheeses, it is fermented and hand rolled in Activated charcoal ash and then aged and moulded for 3 weeks. It’s typical flavour is derived from 14 different plants mixed together to evoque the unmistakable taste of goat cheese. Goes incredibly well in a mixed salad with pear, fresh black pepper and drizzle of brown rice syrup, or simply with whole grain crackers and red grapes.
