Vegan Camembert & Blue Cheese? I have to admit I was skeptical. We ‘taste-tested’ with our customers all afternoon on Friday though, and every single reaction was ‘yuuummm!!!’ Many customers even went back for seconds.
I am amazed: I just tried Dilectio’s camembert and it is incredible. From the outside it looks entirely like a camembert. When you touch it and cut it, it feels exactly like a camembert…I can say that it actually tastes better than most camembert I have had outside of fancy French ones.
